How to zip a file
1. Select files you want to zip and make a folder for them. 2.Copy and paste selected files into new folder and close folder. 3. Place folder on desktop. 4. Right click on folder + send to “compressed (zip) folder”. 5. Once it is zipped the folder can be sent just like any other email attachment
